In the development of this work is the study of an expedition made to an area of Algeria, a consequent field work and study. In the course of this research it has been observed that the country of Algeria; which due to its warm Mediterranean climate and its location, becomes an attractive destination for tourism compared to the European population. The body of this article will explain to what extent and through what methodology and strategies elements of the World Heritage Site declared as such by UNESCO are valued, to expose how it could be in this way, favoring the growth of the economic fabric of a country developing what will be the prelude to a sustainable tourism project. This research will identify the value of its heritage and atmosphere, the breathing of a people or its identity.

That rooted, autochthonous and endogenous feeling that is the culture, traditions, the way of life, respect and worldview that are created in these ecosystems, which belonging to the places that are going to be described want to be made known. Through the study, the value of the three-dimensional aspect will be empowered, of the concept of heritage that is shaped through words, territories, rural landscape and urban landscape. Thus, it is intended to empower the identity of a people.
